JAN 13 (Wed) –
Arrive in Prague and check into OREA HOTEL PYRAMIDA
18:00 Buffet dinner in hotel
19:00 Travel to Jan Neruda School for registration, orientation and youth forum in committees
20:00 Youth forum in committees

JAN 14 (Thur) –
Breakfast buffet in hotel
After breakfast we meet our guides for a visit to the 1,000-year-old Hradcany Castle and St.Vitus Cathedral, perched high above the Vltava River with a panoramic view of the city below. Afterwards we walk across the legendary Charles Bridge to explore the historic center and, of course, admire the wonders of the Astronomical Clock. Hear about the Czech hero Jan Hus, whose memorial dominates the Old Town, and much, much more of this amazing city.

14:00 Free time for strolling and shopping
18:00 Buffet dinner in hotel
19:00 Opening Ceremony in hotel Cinema Hall

JAN 15 (Fri) –

9:00 – 12:00 Lobbying/committees in session
12:30 Lunch at Jan Neruda School
13:30 – 17:00 Committees in session
16:00 Teachers’ meeting
18:00 Dinner in medieval Strahov Monastery
19:30 A film evening of Czech history

JAN 16 (Sat) –
Breakfast buffet in hotel
9:00 – 11:30 Committees in session (lunch served in committee rooms at Jan Neruda School)
Transfer back to hotel
12:30 – 14:30 General Assembly in the Cinema Hall
14:45 – 15:30 Closing Ceremony in the Cinema Hall
15:30 – 20:00 Free time and dinner on your own
20:00 – Interactive folklore performance followed by disco

JAN 17 (Sun) –
Breakfast buffet in hotel
9:30 Depart for a visit to the Prague church that defied Nazi rule. St. Cyril and Methodius provided sanctuary to the assassins of Heydrich and stood their ground. The crypt of the church, where the final dramatic scene took place, is now a memorial museum.
